Our Chapter Presentation on 24 February went with the Sunday School topic for that week: The Israelites leave Egypt. We dramatised the story of the Israelites crossing the Red Sea, in flashback form. All of us acted as Israelites sitting together around our campfire after we crossed the Red Sea, recounting how God helped us to escape from Pharaoh. We talked about how Moses spoke to Pharaoh, how Pharaoh let the Israelites go, how he hardened his heart and pursued the Israelites, and finally, how God gained glory for himself through Pharaoh and his army. We concluded our presentation with the song, "I Am". To make it more melodious we arranged the song, so that the girls were singing the chorus and the boys were singing the verses, singing together only for the last chorus.
